HOW WE RESPOND TO "DO NOT TRACK" SIGNALS?

We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and operate as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. ADDITIONAL RIGHTS

In those instances where we control your data, you may contact our Privacy Office at any time to request a restriction of processing of your information, or otherwise lodge a complaint.

CHILDREN

NYC CyberLaw Group does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
