HOW WE RESPOND TO "DO NOT TRACK" SIGNALS?

We may, and we may allow third party service providers and other third parties to use cookies or other technologies on our Site or in our Services that collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Site or Services. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and operate as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. ADDITIONAL RIGHTS

You have the right to access and manage your personal data in those instances where we control such data, and to the extent that the request does not expose any personal data about another person or otherwise conflict with applicable laws. In such a case, you may request that your data be corrected, deleted, or request a copy of your data in a common machine-readable format. In those instances where we control your data, you may contact our Privacy Office at any time to request a restriction of processing of your information, or otherwise lodge a complaint.

CHILDREN

NYC CyberLaw Group does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to NYC CyberLaw Group through the Sites or Services, please contact us at Paul@CyberLaw.NYC and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Since we may modify our Privacy Policy from time to time, we recommend that you check the current version of our Privacy Policy periodically.
